Just a short note today. The Charlotte Observer has a database search that you can use to see the new tax values.
This is a very useful tool for you to determine where you sit vs. your neighbors, other neighborhoods, etc. It would be a useful instrument to start your due diligence to determine if you have a legitimate issue with the new assessment!
